At STUDIO ALTER L.L.C-FZ, we aim to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted in accordance with UAE consumer protection guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests are accepted only within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are granted if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- At our sole discretion, we may choose to accept returns or provide refunds for other reasons (e.g., customer dissatisfaction, incorrect order by the customer), but we are not obligated to do so.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all refund requests.
2. Non-Refundable Cases (unless we agree otherwise)
- Change of mind after purchase (unless accepted at our discretion).
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery.
- Products not returned in their original packaging.
3. Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at adel@studioalter.co within the 14-day period.
- Provide details of the issue along with supporting photos/videos if applicable.
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within up to 30 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the product is confirmed defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- If the claim is not approved, or if the return is accepted at our discretion for non-defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
